The Fine Arts Evening on 22nd June was a success; it featured food from design technology, art work, drama sketches, choir songs, band performances, vocal and instrumental solos, orchestral pieces and many Kesho Amahoro songs. Sadly the recording of the Kesho Amahoro sountrack was cancelled, so the CD was not available to promote and purchase.
 Congratulations to students from Braeburn School who performed at the Peponi Chamber Music Festival: Navishka, Cassie, Kajal, Clara, Nicola, Mimi, Julie, Ahmed, Nanor, Reuben, Aman and Julian (composer). The performance of the song 'My Rainbow' was faithful to Kesho Amahoro and the meaning of the lyrics. Well done.
An instrumental version of the song 'My Rainbow' will be performed by Braeburn Students at the Peponi Chamber Music Festival this weekend. Good luck Cassie, Nicola, Clara, Navishka, Kajal, Julie and Mimi.
The official Kesho Amahoro soundtrack, featuring the original cast, will be recorded on Saturday 12th June in the Brookhouse Auditorium. Sound checks, recording and editing of the album will be carried out by Brookhouse Music BTEC students. The album will be released during the Kesho Amahoro Concert as part of the Braeburn Fine Arts Evening on the 22nd June 2010.
Plans are in place for a Kesho Amahoro concert at Braeburn School, Nairobi in June 2010. It will form part of a creative montage of exhibitions and performances for the school's Fine Arts Evening. The lead cast and other soloists from the original production will perform all of the songs from the show.
